Empowering Cal Poly students to explore careers in accounting through professional, educational, and social opportunities—since 1974. This mission is made possible by the leadership of our executive board, the guidance of our faculty and college, and the partnership of supporting firms.
Professional Opportunities
We host two career fairs, Fall Symposium and Careers in Accounting Day, during the school year. At every meeting, we bring in professionals from accounting firms and companies of all sizes.
Educational Opportunities
Throughout the year, we host panels consisting of professionals, students, and faculty to share their experiences. We also put on events to help student prepare their resumes, cover letters, pitch, etc. for career fairs.
Social Opportunities
Every quarter, we sign up for intramural sports to build community. We also give back through service events in our local community. At the end of the year, we host Spring Banquet to recognize outstanding individuals, congratulate graduates, and come together as a CPAC community.
